CONTACT US - We’ll discuss your company, needs, process, fee and any questions you have.
NEEDS ANALYSIS - Developing a thorough job description is vital to a successful search.
CLIENT AGREEMENT - A Client Agreement will be sent to you for your review and signature. Upon receipt of your signed agreement, we will begin our search.
SEARCH - A search will be conducted for only appropriate candidates.
EVALUATION - Candidates are carefully evaluated against the unique needs of our individual clients.
PRESENTATION / INTERVIEW - Only the most qualified candidates are presented to clients who, in some cases, have been known
to hire the very first candidate they meet.
NEGOTIATION - We negotiate compensation packages on your behalf and communicate with both you and the candidate to assure that there are no suprises and expectations are understood.
FOLLOW UP - We follow up and encourage feedback from both client and candidate to ensure mutual satisfaction.
